Agronomist (Arable Focus) - East of England Area

We are proud to be working with a well-established national company that leads the way in agronomy services, offering expert advice, high-quality seed, crop protection products, and precision farming solutions. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a skilled Agronomist to join their dynamic team, with a focus on arable crops.

Location: Based between the East Coast, London and Newark



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about agronomy and wants to make a real impact in the field. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide tailored advice on crop management, pest and disease control, and precision farming strategies.



Key Requirements:

  • FACTS and BASIS qualifications are preferred.

  • A background as a farm manager or at least three years of hands-on cropping experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of crop management, pest and disease control, and general agronomic practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - essential for building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Comfortable using agricultural software and industry tech tools.
