Location: Saffron Walden

Position Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break)


Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an accounts practice and be skilled in administrative tasks to support operations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

· Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

· Assist with the preparation of financial documents and reports.

· Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.

· Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

· Coordinate scheduling for meetings and appointments.

· Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately.

· Support clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

· Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

· Previous experience in an accounting or finance environment is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritizing tasks.
