Head Chef Job Role
The Head will have full responsibility of the running of the kitchen and team and continue to develop the success of this hotel. Consisting of restaurant, small events, afternoon teas and private dining.
Ideal candidates will have sous or head chef experience in hotel or busy restaurant, a hands-on approach, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills. Overseeing a team of 7+. Successful candidates will have a stable background and proven ability in training and development.

Salary
Starting Salary on offer from £40,000+ Neg depending on experience.
