Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Modal Export Coordinator to join their Manchester team and play a key part in managing air and ocean end-to-end operations for their valued clients.

Main Duties:
- Managing ocean and air operations from start to finish.
- Managing existing and new client accounts, creating potential leads and following them up.
- Completing custom entries when required.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years' experience doing ocean or air exports within a freight forwarding company.
- Customs clearance experience - post Brexit.
- Experience using logistic systems e.g. Cargowise
