As a Legal Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient financial operations, supporting the smooth running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations of Client and Office bank accounts.
  • Managing billing processes, including sales ledger invoices and credit notes.
  • Handling bank payments, transfers, and purchase ledger transactions.
  • Overseeing cash collection and Sales Ledger management.
  • Preparing month-end financial reports.
  • Managing conveyancing payments and ensuring compliance with SRA accounts rules.
  • Liaising with banks and suppliers for effective communication.
  • Recording, billing, and monitoring disbursements.
