Temp HR Administrator, Sale Based.
Immediate start, 12-month duration.
£12.80+ p/hr DOE, weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to and dealing with HR queries throughout the business
- Supporting the HR manager with recruitment, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries etc
- Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data.
- Updating HR policies in line with current legislation and rolling out staff about changes.
- Ensuring working practices are safe and comply with legislation.
- Assisting with health and safety strategies and policies within
Desirables:
- 2+ years experience within a similar role preferable but not essential.
- Currently studying or CIPD qualified (Level 3 or 5)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a genuine interest in people.
