Key Care & Support are looking for a dynamic and driven Booking Coordinator ( part time )
Key Responsibilities
To take calls and respond accordingly, liaising with oncall Manager as required for emergencies
Monitor emails for temporary staffing requirements and fill as required
Provide excellent customer care experience
- Experience: Ideally, working knowledge of a Social Care setting
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams. A confident and clear telephone manner
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Hours of work (Apply online only) Friday and (Apply online only) Saturday/Sunday plus on call payment of 30 per hour per night ( 20 hours a week) plus weekday oncallin rota with team
