The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our growing Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide a high level of support to our clients, mentor junior engineers, and play a crucial part in maintaining our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Draytek, Netgear, HP, Watchguard)
  • Use our Remote Management and Monitoring platform (RMM) for network maintenance and system upgrades
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Support cloud-based telephony/SIP trunks configuration
  • Conduct site visits to clients when necessary
  • Contribute to the development of operating procedures, knowledgebase, and documentation.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 tenancies and applications
  • Configure and support internet connectivity services

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills. You will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 1st/2nd line support role
  • Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, HTTPS)
  • Understanding of Windows OS and server administration (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies)
  • Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (VMWare, HyperV)
  • Knowledge of cyber-security solutions (e.g., Sentinel One, BitDefender)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
