As a dedicated member of our client's SIPP administration team you will undertake day-to-day administration work processing requests with vigilance and caution whilst going the extra mile. You will support both client's and advisers needs with the highest professional standards and ensure all aspects of the role are met by following our brand and company guidelines.This role involves dealing with various internal teams and departments but also with external entities such as financial advisers and investment providers on a regular basis.It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a change and has a minimum of 3 years prior experience working in the pensions industry and someone who is diligent in their work, possesses strong inter-personnel communication skills, has technical knowledge and experience in the pensions industry, is focused and committed, who is comfortable working with numbers and can contribute towards the continuous betterment of the team.As a member of the team, you will be expected to:* Day to day administration of SIPPs* Process PCLS payments for clients* Process regular and ad-hoc payments for clients in retirement* Perform necessary technical calculations for clients in retirement* Process one off and regular investment withdrawals in order for payments to reach the members on time* Use HMRC online services to process income tax* Process death beneficiary payments* Have timely communication with the advisers and members to notify them of any issues with the member's request* Ensure all requests are tracked till completion* Being involved in projects within the administration department* Other than retirements and payments, at times administer other aspects of SIPP and SSAS workload including SIPPs holding portfolios of properties* Build relationships with our advisers and clients and deliver exceptional communication and service* Share knowledge and support less experienced members of the team* Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreements* Improve and/or maintain Quality Assurance across all areas of your work* Embed risk management in all aspects of your work* Ability to resolve complaints effectivelySkills Required:

1. Strong SIPP knowledge and experience2. Contribute effectively to our wider business success within the group3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure4. Confident with the ability to ask questions5. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills6. Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel7. Fluent and positive written and verbal communication outcome with internal as well as external entities8. Excellent numerical and customer services skills9. Understand SIPP rules and be able to perform drawdown calculations, bereavement benefit calculations and divorce calculations10. Be able to understand investment transactions including identifying non-standard investments11. Aptitude to learn and adapt new skills, processes, systems and tasks12.
