The Role – New Business Administrator - Onboarding Team

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic New Business Administrator to work within our Client Onboarding team. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication, administration and people skills to make a key contribution to our firm.

You would act as first point of contact to clients who are seeking to engage the firm to assist with their conveyancing requirements. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable talking on the phone, taking key information, using your excellent rapport to build relationships in order to make great impressions and importantly ensuring that the client agrees and signs-up to work with us.

You’ll also be naturally organised and enjoy working to a process, ensuring quotes are followed up and client engagement letters are in place. You'll work alongside a fantastic team who will definitely make you feel welcome and give you the opportunity to shine.
