Are you a Sales Administrator from a property background looking for an exciting new opportunity working for a New Home building company that offer great work life balance and stability for all of their employees?

Do you want to join a well-established business and become part of a welcoming team who work together to support the Sales staff with property management and customer relations?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator with a background in real estate and property as part of a small but close knit team who support the sales of an exciting New Build Homes business.

In this role you will travel across the area to open/close houses for viewings, advise customers with queries and questions and support the Sales staff with contracts and admin. You must have a valid driving license and can use the pool car with the team to get around during working hours.

This role would suit someone with a background in real estate who understands housing and is keen to find a role that offers longevity within the industry.

THE ROLE:

  • Travel to a range of different sites to open and close homes for viewings.
  • Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks.
  • Help with customer enquiries, sharing info when needed.

THE PERSON:

  • Background in housing/real estate.
  • Experience in an administrative position.
  • Local to Sale with a full driving license.
