Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging RE lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Developing and planning dynamic lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Promoting a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and experience in teaching Religious Education.
- Possess a strong knowledge of the RE curriculum for Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Demonstrate a passion for helping students develop an understanding of diverse belief systems.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong classroom management skills.
