We have an exciting Locum Social Work opportunity within a Older Adult Mental Health Team based in the Trafford, Greater Manchester area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing complex caseload of service users with enduring mental health challenges including dementia
- Conduct assessments and risk management while providing casework supervision to team members
- Collaborate with service users and stakeholders to contribute to service planning
- Act as a Care Coordinator under the CPA framework when required
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a Community Mental Health Team
- Proven ability to manage a complex caseload
- Commitment to delivering outstanding support in the mental health sector
