Duties:
- Compile and maintain weekly bonus reports and payroll records.
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll payments.
- Import purchase and sales invoices into the Sage 50 accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and support the processing of month-end payments.
- Perform various ad hoc tasks to ensure the efficient management of all ledgers.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts, including tasks such as accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and control account reconciliation.
- Ensure all financial management procedures at the branch align with company policies.
