  • Build trusted client relationships, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Work closely with Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
  • Support the team with the completion of audit and accounts projects.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive mentorship.
  • Provide training opportunities for the team, nurturing talent and driving development.
  • Scope new business opportunities by representing the firm at networking events.
  • Identify new service lines for clients, overseeing accounts with a commercial mindset.
