Job purpose
- Lead a team of experienced accountants, managing the delivery of audit and accounts.
- Oversee a significant, diverse, and loyal client portfolio, striving for service excellence.
- Build trusted client relationships, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Work closely with Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
- Support the team with the completion of audit and accounts projects.
- Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive mentorship.
- Provide training opportunities for the team, nurturing talent and driving development.
- Scope new business opportunities by representing the firm at networking events.
- Identify new service lines for clients, overseeing accounts with a commercial mindset.
- Set an example to the team as an integral senior team member.
