Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international, specialist manufacturing business based in Salford, to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for leading a small team and managing the daily operation of the finance department.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering monthly management accounts including analysis and insights
- Ownership of the balance sheet and key reconciliations
- Responsible for weekly accounts
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Continuously improving processes and enhancing reporting systems
- Commercial analysis - improving performance, data analysis utilising BI tools
- Interpret financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support SLT where necessary
- Support and develop financial and operational accountants
Qualifications/ Skills Required:
- CIMA/ ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant
- Experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG desirable
- Advanced Excel & MRP systems experience.
- Power BI knowledge desirable
