Management Accountant part-qual

Management Accountant | Permanent | up to £38k| Greater Manchester

Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Greater Manchester not for profit organisation in order to appoint a Management Accountant on a permanent basis, the role offers hybris and flexible working, as well as a great holiday and benefits package.

Duties will include:

• Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis
• Working with stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls are in place and risk is understood
• Liaising with internal finance staff to improve systems and processes
• Leading budget holder meetings and providing high quality advice and analysis
• Working closely with the Finance Manager and deputising as needed

The successful candidate:

• Experience working within Housing is highly desirable – wider public sector will be accepted (Charity, Local Government, NHS, Education, Not-for-profit)
• Excellent communication skills and able to relay information to senior stakeholders
