Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Purchase ledger for companies within the Group as required.
- Monthly and Mid-month payment runs.
- Assist with Sales ledger invoices for companies within the Group
- Payment on Account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations for companies within the Group.
- Assist with audit requirements as directed.
- Intercompany recharge invoices throughout the Group
- Credit Control
- Provide assistance to management accounts as required.
- Any other duties as and when required.
- Ensure that group strategies, control policies and procedures are adhered to.
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role - Required
- Strong understanding of the reconciliations process - Required
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Previous Sage experience - Desirable
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
