Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead to manage and inspire a team talented developers. You will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of high quality enterprise level software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an inspiring leader, mentor and guide a small team of developers.
  • Offer technical advice, provide support and coding reviews.
  • Remain compliant - adhere to best practices in software development, design, and testing methods.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software integration
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions using C# and .NET framework.
  • Ensure all solutions are efficient and delivering excellent service to users.

Experience/Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Software Development using C# and .NET.
  • Demonstrable experience mentoring and leading developers of all levels of experience.
  • An In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Knowledge/experience of Software Development principles and best practices.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced and deadline focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytically minded with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience within customer or call centre industry is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with tech such as interactive voice response systems, customer service simulations.
  • Experienced Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience working with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Experience or certifications with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • In-depth knowledge or an understanding of contact centre technologies (e.g., ACD, IVR, CTI) and telecommunications protocols (e.g., VoIP, SIP, PSTN).
