In this role, you will lead by example, delivering and guiding exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain outstanding standards in customer engagement, service, and on-site activities, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
  • Manage cost controls, staffing levels, and purchasing efficiencies to maximize the location's profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, passing all related audits consistently.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, achieving audit requirements.
  • Promote and manage events, ensuring they are effectively advertised and reach booking targets.
