Page Personnel are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit for a permanent Sales Account Executive . The role primarily focuses on maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing ones.
  • Drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls as well as email enquiries.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM software.
  • Follow up on all online-generated sales leads promptly.
  • Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Understand customer needs to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and manage quotations and order confirmations using CRM tools.

Profile

A successful Sales Account Executive should have:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
