Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to deliver outstanding service and support
  • Provide project support, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes

  • Assist the account managers with administrative tasks and offer exceptional support to meet client expectations
  • Support maximising sales opportunities through a consultative approach maintaining customer relations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Organised, team player
  • Commercial awareness with regards to product and marketplace
