A great opportunity has arisen within the UK office of an international manufacturer and distributor of cleaning equipment.
Due to continued growth the company are now looking for a customer service candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to provide first class service delivery to both new/existing customers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process returns/repairs
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls and make outbound calls where necessary
- Communicate with couriers for deliveries/ product exchanges
- Assist other departments as and when required
- Use of all company systems – SAP, Office, and all customer web-based systems
