A great opportunity has arisen within the UK office of an international manufacturer and distributor of cleaning equipment.

Due to continued growth the company are now looking for a customer service candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to provide first class service delivery to both new/existing customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Processing customer orders
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process returns/repairs
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls and make outbound calls where necessary
  • Communicate with couriers for deliveries/ product exchanges
  • Assist other departments as and when required
  • Use of all company systems – SAP, Office, and all customer web-based systems
