Description
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare communication on behalf of the senior leadership team.
- Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with office vendors.
- Assist in organising company events or conferences.
- Manage the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
Profile
A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:
- Excellent knowledge of office-based applications, such as MS Office.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven track record operating as a Executive Assistant.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
