Roles and responsibilities:

As an Insolvency Manager, you will play a vital role in providing pre-appointment advice to clients and leading the administration team, dealing with appointments ensuring they are managed efficiently. You will coordinate communications between insolvency practitioners, legal teams, as well as other departments, monitor case timelines, and ensure statutory and compliance is being followed.

The successful Insolvency Manager:

Essential:

  • 5 years’ experience corporate Insolvency.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience dealing with pre pack sales/SIP16 requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Professional qualifications such as CPI or JIEB.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
