The Interim Finance Manager role:
This position will best suit someone who is looking for a 3-4 day working week within a collaborative and caring environment. You’ll mainly be focusing on management accounts, business accounts, and some elements of strategic financial advising.
The ideal Interim Finance Manager:
Essentials:
- Hold a relevant finance qualification - AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- 3 years+ producing detailed Management Accounts.
- Have a proven track record delivering solid results to tight deadlines.
- Capability of learning new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
- Experience using Sage, Xero, or SAP
Desirables:
- Ideally hold experience managing large accounts of £10M+ per annum.
- Has worked within a growth business with aggressive expansion plans.
- Experience in delivering finance strategies to stakeholders and board members.
