Finance Administrator Hybrid

The company provide a professional team who specialise in bespoke installations, fit outs and refurbishment. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working hours are an option, and you could work from home on a Friday.Your new job as the Finance Administrator:Helping the Finance Manager with the following:• Match purchase invoices to POs• Input all purchase invoices• Staff training (including CSCS and SMSTS)• Answering the phone • Wages• Holiday / absent log per employee and issue forms• Vehicles - MOT, service etc• Managing new phone contracts• Managing the utilities• Ordering PPE and uniforms• Stationery replacement• PAT testing• IT - help with laptops / phones• Assisting the MD as and when requiredExperience and skills required to apply:• At least 2 years of experience in a similar job• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Take on ownership• Organised• Reliable• Excel (basic) / Word• Sage 50 (experience of using Sage 50 would be advantageous but NOT essential)Salary and reward on offer:• A salary of up to £29,000• Pension• Yearly bonus scheme paid out in DecemberKenton Black Finance operate across the UK as a market leading recruitment partner, specialising in the attraction of finance talent across both permanent and interim requirements.
