Client Details

A rapidly growing Fashion Multi Channel retailer in the Swinton area of Greater Manchester are seeking a Merchandiser - Fashion to join their tea,. The business sell Womenswear Fashion product across, dresses, causal, swimwear, Shoes, Accessories etc. Through there collaborator model and in-house garment design, we create unique collections for all occasions.

Description

  • You the Merchandiser - Fashion will take ownership of the Critical path for your area to ensure that the stock arrives in time for launch, proactively seeking solutions for any issues which may.
  • You will work closely with logistics & the warehouse team to ensure a smooth transition of stock from supplier to site.Review & monitor daily/weekly sales proactively making trading decisions such as rebuys, markdowns & promotional plans.
  • Work closely with other functions across the business to implement trading actions such as buying & marketing.
  • Our products are critical to our success, you will work with our buying & design team to range build and sign off new collections that are commercial and on brand.
  • You will report directly into the Senior Merchandiser & deputise for them in their absence.
  • You will manage a team of Assistant Merchandisers & Merch Admins, working with them to mentor and provide support to ensure they deliver on daily tasks

Profile

  • Ideally, you will have worked in a fast fashion business or similar
  • You'll enjoy the energy of a high-volume environment
  • You'll be organised with sharp attention to detail
  • You'll be analytical, with the ability to solve problems quickly
  • You'll have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
