What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business growth objectives.

  • Team Development- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Sales Team Leaders and Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Customer-Centric Focus- Ensure customer interactions are seamless, professional, and contribute to long-term relationships.
  • Performance Management- Set, track, and review targets while driving a results-driven sales approach.
  • Technology & Innovation- Leverage CRM tools and sales technologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Transport, and Warehouse to align goals and deliver outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Leadership- 3+ years of leadership experience in telesales, contact centres, or a related sales environment.
  • Track Record of Success- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
  • Strong Coaching & People Management- Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach- Comfortable using CRM software and sales automation tools to drive efficiency.
