Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced SEND teaching assistant to work at a primary SEND school within Salford.
You will be working with pupils across KS1 & KS2 who have EHCP's and require additional helpand support. Some pupils have autism and ADHD and other pupils have complex needs.
This role will begin after Easter and is offered on a full-time basis until the summer.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant
- Experience supporting primary age pupils with SEND
- A patient and supportive nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and interact with pupils
- Experience of working with pupils with complex needs
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
