Your new company

This global facilities company is looking for an experienced people-orientated payroll manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Located in Salford Quays, with hybrid working two days in the office and flexibility within work hours.

Your new role

As the payroll manager, you will be responsible for the entire payroll department reporting to the head of payroll, ensuring the payroll is submitted accurately to meet deadlines, specifically overseeing the end part of submitting payments to banks, checking, and confirming the payroll and ensuring this is completed to a high level of accuracy. Reporting directly to the head of payroll, you will have an excellent eye for detail, and have a proven track record of executing an accurate and timely payroll.

What you'll need to succeed

Payroll experience of 5-10 years within a high volume environment or shared service background, ideally using a SAP payroll system or any other large ERP system. Have experience with the UK and some ROI payroll legislation. Managed a high-performing team and have strong leadership experience.
