HR Co-ordinator£35,000Full-Time office basedWe are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced HR Co-Ordinator on behalf of a successful and rapidly growing company based in Irlam. This will be a full-time, permanent role and will be fully office based. The salary for the role is £35,000 per annum + benefits which include 26 days holiday per year with the ability to buy & sell, private healthcare and free parking.The RoleReporting into the Chief Executive, this will be a standalone HR role which will be both busy and varied. The main duties of the role will be the following:* Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries and issues* Supporting with recruitment and selection; managing vacancy logs, interview schedules, offers and rejections and all new starter documentation * Assisting hiring managers with job descriptions and offering interview guidance* Producing correspondence in relation to offers, contract changes, resignations and updating the system accordingly* Pre-employment checks, onboarding and arranging inductions* Managing the absence process and escalating any concerns* Updating staff handbook and existing HR policies* Establishing and maintaining relationships with apprenticeship providers both for the recruitment of apprentices and the tracking of their performance* Establishing and maintaining relationships with preferred recruitment partners* Ensuring HR confidentiality is maintained at all time* Working closely with the leadership team in relation to all HR mattersThe CandidateIn order to be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:* Previous HR Coordinator experience and CIPD level 3/5 qualified* Experience of having worked in a standalone role ideally within a commercial environment* Confident dealing with senior managers and supporting them with all HR and recruitment needs* Experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle* A determined nature and always prepared to lead from the frontThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants to establish themselves and grow with a progressive organisation.
