Based in our Media City sales office, TK Property Group are looking for ambitious, driven and experienced sales professionals to join our established and successful property investment company - and secure yourself earnings well over £80,000 per annum!
Weve built strong foundations over the last 5 years and represent industry renowned property developers from across the UK. We're going from strength to strength and seek skilled sales professionals as we continue to grow and increase our market share.
Consultant Responsibilities;
- Speak to investors who have enquired to us via phone, email, social media or our website
- Engage in effective communications to connect, fact find and understand each investors needs
- Propose and discuss options based on their budget, timeframes and location
- Compile and send follow up emails, proposals, industry links and information to aid in their decision making process
- Be able to retain lots of information about various investment opportunities, should their initial enquiry not meet their needs, so you can switch to different properties as required
- Most dialogue is office based via telephone, email and web meetings in our modern and lively sales office.
- Meet some clients on-site once or twice a week as your sales build, previous experience meeting face to face is desirable but not essential
Essential Skills To Be Considered;
- Proven sales record
- Experienced liaising with decision makers B2B and/or in high-value sales
- Great listening, questioning and conversational skills
- Confident, up-beat personality who genuinely enjoys sales and selling
- Good knowledge of the financials surrounding property investments (yields, interest rates, return on investment rates etc) is desirable but not essential
- Great personal and written presentation skills (professionalism, spelling and grammar)
- Must be IT literate with CRMs, phone systems and Microsoft Word
- Able to multi-task, adapt to each client and enjoy personal development
- Good memory, able to recall specific statistical information on the various developments
Package;
£25,000 to £32,000 basic salary dependant on proven sales success
Realistic and proven OTE that we will demonstrate £80,000 +
Current top performing consultant OTE over £150,000!
