We are looking for a seasoned, solutions-driven individual to assume the challenging and rewarding role of Insurance Fraud SolicitorIn this role, you'll navigate strategically between defence and recoveries, adeptly handling a mix of pre- and post-litigation fraud cases. You will operate within a dedicated Counter-Fraud team, diligently working to manage a mixed caseload of fraud recoveries and defence.Role ResponsibilitiesThis role will empower you to:
  • Draft court proceedings and adhere to court directions and deadlines
  • Prioritise work streams, formulate clear plans and deliver work in line with client expectations
  • Engage in effective negotiation processes
  • Manage a litigated and pre-litigated caseload aimed at expediting claims to litigation or settlement
  • Supervise cases on a day-to-day basis while ensuring continuous training of junior staff
About YouOur ideal candidate is a nimble multi-tasker who is comfortable balancing large workloads under time constraints. You’ll need:
  • At least 2 years of civil litigation experience
  • Proven experience within the insurance sector
  • The ability to interpret and input data accurately and efficiently
  • A track record of showing initiative and working effectively in a team
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
