As Warehouse Manager you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managing the operations, warehouse and most importantly… the people! You’ll really 'get’ the value in recognising good work in the team and making sure they are motivated will be your priority! You’ll lead the team putting safety at the forefront of everything you do and working towards shared goals of delivering the best service!

Some of the key parts of the Warehouse Manager role include:

  • Coaching the team to reach their full potential
  • Very strong people management and development skills
  • Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time
  • Managing recruitment, absence, performance conduct safety and service.
  • Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
  • Carrying out good quality investigations
  • You'll make sure all goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently through managing the team.
  • You’ll take charge of looking after company equipment making sure it is maintained and organised to reach maximum productivity levels.
  • Most of all you'll be a role model demonstrating the company values especially through challenging times!

Package:
