We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Claims handler who enjoys negotiating and managing each claims to a conclusion.
Working as an Injury handler you will proactively manage a portfolio, of moderately complex Personal Injury, third party motor claims and associated damage claims within a personal authority amount. You will validate policy indemnity for each claim, ensuring that the correct insurer status applied and manage and negotiate a limited caseload of development files on referral. .It’s all about being assertive, having strong negotiation skills whilst providing customers with real peace of mind throughout their customer claims journey.
Working flexibly, from the beginning of your career with us you'll spend most of your time in the office training getting into to know the business, but then upon passing a probation period working from home can begin, with one day a week in the office.
• Monday to Friday 37.5 hours • Excellent career progression • Blended approach to working in the office (1 day) and from home 4 days a week following training and passing probation
We are seeking applications from candidates with strong motor claims experience with some exposure of handling bodily injury claims.
