These extend from repairs and maintenance to bespoke motor manufacture and condition-based monitoring by highly skilled reliability engineers with access to the latest in sensor technology. There is nothing they cannot do, and everything is available 24/7/365 including a full range of on-site services. VacancyYou will transfer and condense data into a simple system database for accurate documentation and record keeping. Follow procedure to enter work hours on a date-to-date basis including shop hours reports. Manage essential tasks and established processes such as redirect incoming calls to the correct member of staff where applicable. With your energised and organised approach, you will stay on top of core operational procedures including generating preliminary invoices on delivered jobs, completing and logging order numbers ensuring they are sent to the right people. You will need to be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The role:Data Entry of time sheetsFiling Sales order Processing Dealing with customer queries Manage end of day reports Building up Invoices The individual:Exceptional decision-making skills Microsoft Excel literate with experience in all programmes (Sage Line 50 would be an advantage) Impeccable attention to details Good problem solver Highly organised skill setExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
