They have an opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their team and work on a range of newly secured M&E projects across the Northwest.

As a Mechanical Site Manager, your role will include:

  • Must have a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
  • Managing the M&E package on a new build apartment block.
  • Toolbox talks and safety audits: Lead regular safety discussions and site inspections.
  • Subcontractor management: Oversee subcontractors and ensure smooth work progress.
  • Problem-solving: Address technical issues and find effective solutions on-site.
  • Project alignment: Ensure work follows the project plan, timeline, and safety standards.
  • Invoicing and payments: Approve mechanical work invoices and manage contractor payments.
  • Material procurement: Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Budget tracking: Manage resources to stay within budget.
  • Quality control: Monitor work quality, ensuring it meets project specifications.
  • Coordination: Work with other trades to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth integration.
  • Client updates: Maintain communication with clients and provide project status updates.
  • Must have a plumbing background and have previous experience managing the M&E package on a new build site.
