Prospero Teaching would like to recruit a confident primary teacher for a part-time PPA Teacher role for spring and summer terms. This is an excellent opportunity at a good primary school in Salford, for an ECT looking to gain experience across a range of year groups.
Are you a creative and hardworking teacher ready to commit to a long-term role? This role is to provide PPA cover across different key stages, great for developing your teaching skills and behaviour management. This role is open to both ECTs and experienced primary teachers. You will need to be a versatile teacher who can adapt to different subjects and year groups. You will need to be an enthusiastic teacher with excellent communication skills, who can build relationships quickly with the children.
Working as a supply teacher is a fantastic way to prove yourself in a school and potentially secure a permanent position. Many ECTs work on supply to gain experience and gain valuable insight into different schools and year groups.
The salary range is Main scale 1-6, equating to a daily rate of 135 to 240 depending on experience.
Essential requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Professional references covering the last two full years
- Experience teaching in a UK Primary School
