The CompanyAxon Moore is exclusively partnering with a global services business with a HQ in Manchester. Due to continued growth, they require an experienced Payroll Professional to join them on the journey.Salary - £40,000Location – West ManchesterHybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home.Responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for external clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with external clients and ensure correct processing of payroll deductions (taxes, NI, pensions, etc.).
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer client inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and external regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Present accurate, meaningful reports to management and clients on payroll activities.
  • Assist clients in optimising their employee benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
Person Specification:
  • Experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
  • Solid software & systems knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis to generate and interpret reports.
