On behalf of our client school, Tradewind is searching for an inspirational and dedicated Year 4 primary teacher to join our warm and welcoming school community in Salford. We are looking for someone passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping future leaders.

Shift pattern: Full-time (long term for the right candidate)

Pay: £120 - £190 per day (dependant on experience and responsibilities)

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum and the school's creative approach
  • Scaffold age-appropriate learning to ensure every child's success
  • Keep up-to-date data records and identify learning gaps to maintain high levels of attainment
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with pupils
  • Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants, key stage teams, and other staff to share resources and best practices

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong references showcasing previous teaching experience
  • A full employment history on your CV
  • Right to work in the UK

All candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check and must provide suitable references.
