About the role:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and enhance value and profitability whilst maintaining quality. The successful candidate will also develop solutions to commercial risks and provide advice on contractual claims. This is a client facing role with and includes attendance on site and at project meetings.

You will manage priorities effectively with enough flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business. Skills and Experience:
- Appropriate degree or 5-years industry experience and knowledge
- Working Knowledge and ability to contribute to Project Tendering.
- IT proficient, comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Contract law knowledge/understanding
- Competent in various contract models
- Estimating skills
- Dispute resolution skills
- Negotiation skills
- High degree of numeracy
- Full UK driving licence.
