Location: Salford + hybrid working
Salary: 拢55,000 to 拢68,000 per annum DOE + 拢6700 car allowance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a tier one contractor on CP7 projects, from the value of 拢7m to 拢200m. You will be working on two projects in Salford, which include aspects of track and ancillary civils including troughing, piling and retaining walls, on NEC4 contracts.

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team. Your duties as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will include:
路Lead in the ownership of cost controls, managing and supporting the site teams as required.
路Lead and support the commercial teams in securing maximum sustainable value from contracts.
路Manage the procurement and of sub-contractors.
路Deliver profitability, without significant WIP, at the levels expected of your project.
路Lead in tackling key, commercial, progress or contractual issues with either the Client or Suppliers.

Requirements:
路Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 1 year as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
路Experience working on multidisciplinary projects within rail.
路Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
路Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
路Charted by the RICS/CIOB (preferred).
