Property Manager

Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 per annum (plus mileage)
Type: Permanent (Monday to Friday)

As we anticipate a rather busy Q4, a growing property development company is seeking an organised Property Manager to join permanently and oversee day to day management of residential and commercial properties across Manchester. This office-based requires significant passion for high levels of customer service. As such, proven knowledge, and experience in letting processes is imperative to be considered for this role.

You will be required to travel across occupied residential and commercial properties in Manchester reinforcing the need to be organised, presentable and customer focused.

Core duties:
• Administering and adjusting rental rates to maximize revenue.
• Collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all properties are maintained and repaired to high standards.
• Addressing and resolving tenant complaints promptly.
• Overseeing tenant screenings, property viewings, lease negotiations, and evictions.
• Implementing marketing strategies to promote available units and fill vacancies efficiently.
• Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Ensuring all properties and tenancies adhere to legal requirements.
• Managing utility and service contracts to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Supporting Directors and the Management Team with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Contributing to business growth within a collaborative small team environment.


What we require from you:
• Proven experience in property management or as a property agent.
• In-depth understanding of letting processes. essential
• Proven experience in managing residential and commercial premises.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
