Cover People are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Salford to find a full time Design and Technology Teacher on a long term supply basis from Easter until the end of the academic year!
The role will be likely teaching KS3 OR KS4 Product Design, Textiles, Food Technology, Resistant Materials or Graphics Design with planning and marking involved. The school would like the ideal candidate to join a supportive DT department in a desirable location with excellent transport links.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
- Recent experience teaching Design Technology within secondary schools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
