At Sennen Education we have an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive school in Salford.The role involves working closely with children across various year groups, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, including those with SEND, to help them achieve their individual goals
- Assist in creating tailored learning plans for students with additional needs
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that supports students' social, emotional, and academic development
- Be proactive in adapting to the needs of the students and contributing to the wider school team
Requirements
- A Level 3/2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- A positive and caring attitude, with a genuine desire to help children succeed.
- Experience working with SEND students or a willingness to develop skills in this area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
