As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership, direction, and management to the residential childrens service
- Ensuring the service is compliant with Childrens Homes Regulations
- Supervising and mentoring staff, organising work patterns, and facilitating care-focused training
- Accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home
As a Registered Manager, you will receive:
- An annual salary of £44,000 - £49,000 plus up to £11,000 in bonuses if targets are met
- A minimum of 28 days leave each year, including bank holidays
- A 40-hour working week

- Full clinical supervision both individually and as a team
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 years childcare residential experience within the last 5 years
- Have significant management experience within a Registered Manager role with proven outcomes in an Ofsted good/outstanding home
- Be ready to complete their registration with Ofsted
