Role responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact for their day-to-day needs
  • Preparing and reviewing VAT returns, tax computations and management accounts
  • Advising clients on financial systems, reporting processes and accounting best practice
  • Assisting with tax planning and liaising with the internal tax team where necessary
  • Supporting the development of junior staff and reviewing their work
  • Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met across all client work
