- Closing jobs down on the system once completed
- Creating Jobs on the system for Field Technicians
- Assist with cleansing all backlog workstreams as and when needed
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Scheduling works to different work streams using the internal database
- Liaising with both Field and Office teams
- Experience with use of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation and time management skills - ability to manage your own workload
- Confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed
- Flexibility and ability to use initiative
